Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.

Return Policy

Orders delivered & accepted by the customer cannot be returned.

In case you feel the order is not as per specification, or wrong product is delivered to you ,then please contact our customer care team immediately within 24hrs i.e within a day.

To be eligible for a return, your item must not be purchased in sale , must be in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note we won’t be able to offer a return in case it was sold at a discounted price or in sale.

Please don’t accept package that is tampered or if package is not sealed tightly.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at wecare@detoxinghumans.com If your return is accepted, we’ll give instructions on how, where to send your package and you will have to arrange for the return and its shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will inspect your returned products and notify you if your return is accepted. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that refund time depends on your bank or card company.

We will only do refund of wrong product received and cancellation done within 24 hrs. of ordering. Please note that we will not do refund for DAMAGED products.
